Sauna

 

After a long walk in the Bakony we recommend our guests to relax in our 4 person Finnish sauna. The health benefits of sauna are countless, it strengthens the immune system, heart amplifier, helps with detoxification, regenerates, and not least, turns the skin beautiful.


Some tips on how to sauna:

  • To make a positive impact, try to get enough time for sauna. The normal sauna time is about two hours.
  • A sauna session is meant to be 8 to 12 minutes long, after each session take a 10 minute break and let your body to cool down.
  • Do not eat or drink a lot before using the sauna, but between the sessions replace the lost liquid!
  • Take off jewels, watches before getting into the sauna.
  • If you want to use essential oils, just add a couple of drops of into the bucket of water, then ladle a cupful or two onto the hot rocks.
