Payment and cancellation policy

Payment policy in case of individual booking

30% of the services ordered must be paid in advance in 8 business days after confirmation by transfer (Zirci Takarékszövetkezet Bakonybél Branch, 73900054-11061339), by check or Travellers Cheque. After receiving the advance money, we draw a statement of account that will be sent to you by post. The remaining amount must be paid on departure according to our invoice bill by cash, credit card or Travellers cheque.

Cancellation policy in case of individual booking

• 21 days before arrival date no cancellation fees.
• 21-7 days before arrival date 20% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 6-2 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 1 day before arrival or in case of no show 100 % will be charged as a cancellation fees.

Payment policy in case of group booking

If the settlement of the bill is not made within deadline, the hotel is entitled to charge default interest, which is twice of the prevailing bank rate.

• 28-21 days before arrival date 30% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 20-14 days before arrival date 50% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 13-4 days before arrival date 70% of total bill will be charged as cancellation fees.
• 3 day before arrival or in case of no show 100 % will be charged as a cancellation fees.
